PM-International emphasized the commitment of distribution partners as the key to organic growth during the company’s first Americas Congress Online held last weekend.
The event was the biggest event in the history of PM-International in the Americas, with thousands of participants. It was broadcast live on the company’s own television channel PM TV.
“I am very proud to work with you,” said CEO and Founder Rolf Sorg. “During these special circumstances, you are showing leadership and flexibility. We are living our business with our values, moving with the times and evolving every day. Together we are paving the way to the future of direct sales.”
PM-International reported over 50% sales growth worldwide in the first half of 2020 compared to 2019. Sorg is convinced that there is still plenty of room for further growth. “Currently, our market potential is 18 million regular customers and $48 billion in sales worldwide.”
In September alone, PM-International recorded an increase in sales of 88% in the Americas. The company also opened a new subsidiary for Belgium and the Netherlands last month, which is now fully operative. Next steps planned are market entries in Great Britain, Hungary, Vietnam and China, as well as further expansion in Central and South America. The company is also investing in the expansion of its administration and logistics at all three continental headquarters in the US, Germany and Singapore, as well as at its International Headquarters in Luxembourg, and investing in 7,000 square feet of additional warehouse space and a fulfillment center with GMP certification at its Headquarters Americas in Sarasota, Florida.
At the Americas Congress Online, Sorg announced soccer player Rivaldo as the new brand ambassador for FitLine. Through the cooperation with the Brazilian soccer legend, PM-International intends to further establish the brand in the Americas and worldwide.
Also during the event, Charity Ambassador Vicki Sorg announced that it is expanding its PM We Care program. With 2,300 sponsored children, PM-International is currently the largest corporate sponsor of World Vision, a humanitarian aid organization. The company will sponsor 500 more children in Zimbabwe in 2021 and sponsor a third Area Program with a focus on nutrition.
