Medifast Announces Quarterly Dividend of $1.42 Per Share

Medifast, Inc., the parent company of direct selling company OPTAVIA, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend for stockholders. This quarterly dividend will total $1.42 per share and will by payable on May 6, 2021 for stockholders of record as of March 30, 2021.
