In its list of America’s Most Responsible Companies 2022, Newsweek recognized Tupperware Brands as number 24 in the Consumer Goods category. This roster honors 500 of the top 2,000 public companies by revenue with headquarters in the United States, spanning 14 industries and highlighting corporate examples of responsibility and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).
“We are honored to be awarded by Newsweek for a second year in a row as it’s a testament to our commitment to nurture a better future,” said Miguel Fernandez, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tupperware Brands. “I am proud to see that the journey we’re on to become a more sustainable company, and the efforts our teams have taken in the areas of environmental, social and governance are being recognized. This recognition inspires us to elevate even further our focus on our ESG priorities, which we know are critical not only for the future of our business, but also for our people, our communities and our society.”
Tupperware has made a public commitment to develop environmentally friendly products and recently became a premier corporate partner of the National Parks Foundation, focusing on waste reduction and protecting natural resources in the parks.
