Plexus announced significant sales and philanthropic milestones achieved in 2021, including more than $500 million in total gross sales for the year, more than 1,594 volunteer hours served and the donation of more than 7.6 million meals to families in need.
“We are humbled that Plexus reached so many people worldwide with our initiatives last year,” said Tarl Robinson, Plexus Worldwide Founder and CEO. “I am inspired by the personal involvement and more than 1,500 volunteer hours of our team members. In addition, the donations we raised last year, including 7.6 million meals, are truly remarkable.”
Through its Nourish One philanthropic campaign, the company donated the monetary equivalent of one meal for every serving of Plexus Lean purchased to its global partners dedicated to fighting hunger. It’s through this initiative that Plexus has donated more than 32 million meals since 2018. With these efforts, plus in-kind donations, paid volunteer hours and the company’s Global Giving Day initiatives, Plexus contributed more than $1.5 million worth of value to nonprofit organizations in 2021.
“We have a company philosophy that we call One Plexus,” said Alec Clark, Plexus Worldwide Founder and President. “It’s the idea of a shared commitment among our staff to care for one another, treat our customers and brand ambassadors as family, and be involved members of our communities. I’m so proud that as our company has grown into one of the largest direct selling companies in the world, we continue to place hope, health, and happiness at the forefront of all we do.”
