In its list of America’s Best Employers By State 2022, Forbes named Scentsy number one in Idaho in the category of packaged goods. Scentsy is the only direct selling company in Idaho to be included in this exclusive list.

Selected employers were chosen based on a survey of 70,000 Americans working for companies with more than 500 employees in the U.S. across 25 industry sectors. Companies were evaluated based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who rated the companies and answered questions about working conditions, diversity, salary, potential for development and company image.
