inGroup International LLC announced Frank J. Codina, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, will step down from his role at the end of 2024. Codina has been an integral part of building the company’s technology, financial and operational departments and led the company’s vision for product development.
This change is a planned executive team transition, and Anthony Varvaro will now assume Codina’s day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
“It has been a tremendous honor to co-lead inGroup as co-CEO and work alongside such a talented team,” Codina said. “I am proud of what we have accomplished together and remain extremely confident in the company’s bright future.”
Codina will retain his ownership interest in the company as well as his continued authority and responsibility in corporate governance.
