Truman Hunt has joined the founding board of directors of new integrative beauty company Solvasa as chairman.
Solvasa was founded by health and beauty industry veteran Lori Bush and leading Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ritu Chopra.
Prior to joining Solvasa, Hunt was the CEO and board member of Nu Skin Enterprises, leading the company to its first billion-dollar year in revenue and on to annual revenue north of $3 billion. He also expanded its international footprint in beauty, wellness and direct selling into key Asian, European and South American markets.
During his 14-year tenure as Nu Skin’s CEO, Hunt served a term as chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association and chairman of the CEO Counsel of the World Federation of Direct Selling. He was inducted into the Direct Selling Hall of Fame in 2017.

In his role as chairman, Hunt will provide oversight of the company’s vision of building a sustainable, digitally empowered community of independent social marketers with uniquely relevant, highest-quality products and programs that support social selling leadership.
Solvasa was founded with the mission of creating and leading the Integrative Beauty Movement. The name, derived from a western and eastern root, means vessel of light, recognizing that true beauty means different things to different people, but always starts with well-being that respects the skin, body and mind connection.
