Shaklee, through its philanthropic arm Shaklee Cares, has committed to expand its investment in the nutritional and environmental health for the next generation. As part of this commitment, Shaklee will partner with Vitamin Angels, a global public health nutrition organization that provides interventions for underserved children and pregnant women, to provide nutritional support for 120,000 children over the next year. To address environmental stewardship, the company has also partnered with American Forests, an organization focused on reforestation, to plant 10 million trees over the next 10 years.

To date, Shaklee has provided essential nutrients to 60,000 at-risk children and has planted two million trees.
“Through its partnership with American Forests, Shaklee is supporting some of the most impactful forest restoration projects in the country,” said Austin Rempel, Senior Manager of Forest Restoration at American Forests. “In Michigan, these projects have helped to bring the Kirtland’s warbler back from the brink of extinction, and in Oregon, they’re contributing to reforestation after 2020’s record-breaking wildfire season.”
Shaklee is a certified Climate Neutral company, illustrating that it has totally offset its carbon emissions, resulting in a net zero impact on the environment.
