inGroup International, the parent company of direct selling organization inCruises, held its 2022 Global Leadership Summit in the Dominican Republic, an event that celebrated the year’s achievements and growth milestones with the company’s top 100 Partner Leaders. Multiple independent representatives were recognized for their success and leadership, including two Partner leaders from Kazakhstan whose achievements inspired the company to introduce a new top level within its Partner ranks, the Royal Ambassador Board of Directors level, that will create more income possibilities and a more generous bonus. 

The company also announced at the event that Anthony Varvaro, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, he will continue to function as the company’s CFO. 

“Anthony has proven himself a very valuable executive leader,” said Co-CEO and Co-Founder Frank Codina. “His contributions continue to improve inGroup’s financial health. We are grateful for his leadership and pleased to promote him to this new level.”
