Utah Business and Utah SHRM announced their 2024 honorees for the HR Achievement Awards, which recognizes human resource professionals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make their companies a great place to work.
Juli Adams, Chalk Couture Vice President of People Operations, received an award in the Small Companies category. Kari Crane, Young Living Essential Oils Senior Director of Human Resources; and Mike Sessions, USANA Health Sciences Vice President of Human Resources, were honored in the Large Companies category.
“I love HR because I get exposure to all aspects of the business, work with incredible people at all levels and support growth through strategy, best practices and innovative thinking,” Adams said. “I am in it for the employees. I want them to feel supported; we will champion their potential and value their contributions.”
