ONEHOPE announced a commitment to support teachers during the holiday season. Through the sales of its new limited-edition Shimmer bottles, ONEHOPE will donate $3 million to purchase school supplies for students in need across the US. This effort is designed to alleviate the burden on school teachers, who on average spend $500-$1,200 out of their own pockets to provide underprivileged students with access to the tools and resources they need to learn.
“ONEHOPE has a longstanding commitment of funding education and schools and we are proud to empower communities and support teachers by making sure they have the correct school supplies,” said Kristen Shroyer, ONEHOPE Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer. “Our commitment to supporting education is more than a holiday effort, it’s an ongoing journey towards creating a brighter future for all.”
This initiative is part of ONEHOPE’s larger mission, which donates 10% of purchases to causes or nonprofits that customers select. To date, ONEHOPE has donated more than $11 million to approximately 50,000 nonprofits.
