Regal Ware announced David Duecker has been named SyngeryOps President as part of a planned leadership succession.

Duecker has held C-suite roles within the consumer durable goods sector and helped catalyze double-digit sales increases and marked improvements in profitability.

Joseph Swanson, who previously held this role, will retire after serving Regal Ware for four decades, and will remain on the company’s executive committee and as President Emeritus of SynergyOps to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
