Following the resignation of Brent Willis earlier this year, NewAge, Inc. announced that Ed Brennan, Chair of the NewAge Board of Directors, will serve as interim Chief Executive Officer.  

Brennan has been a member of the company’s board since 2017 and has served as chair since the beginning of this year. He will retain his responsibilities as Chair while the board continues its search for a new CEO.
