Immunotec Inc. announced the appointment of Luis Ascencio to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ascencio is an experienced leader in the finance sector and has worked in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory projects, and equity and debt transactions for boutique investment firms.
