Avon announced the promotion of Özlem Çitçi to Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Çitçi led the company’s marketing departments in Turkey and Europe, where she used social marketing to significantly grow the company’s brand presence. 

As CMO, Çitçi will lead global brand marketing for Avon as well the company’s commercial marketing in Europe. 

Çitçi succeeds Kristof Neirynck, who was recently promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
