inGroup International announced Ruben Perez has been named an external consultant for the company. Perez is a cruise industry expert with more than four decades of experience at Costa Cruise Lines, a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation. His career expertise includes driving enhancements within the customer experience, improving operational efficiency and revenue growth. In this new role, Perez will work to help the company increase its competitive edge.
