Telecom Plus PLC, trading as Utility Warehouse (UW), announced that Andrew Lindsay will step down as Co-CEO and his position on the board of directors after 16 years with the company. Stuart Burnett, who has been Co-CEO with Lindsay since 2021, will now become sole CEO. 

After his resignation, Lindsay will remain with the company on a part-time basis for three more years as he works to support UW’s growth and Partner community.
