Will Templeton joined Amway in 1999 as part of the European Marketing Team and transferred to the Amway World Headquarters in Ada, Michigan, in 2004, where he led product development, brand positioning, communications and market research. He assumed his current role as director in 2021, and his efforts have focused heavily on sustainability issues, volunteering and traceability.
