MONAT Global announced it has appointed Miguel Pena as the new Director of Environment and Sustainability. Pena will focus on leading and continuing the organization’s commitment to sustainability best practices and creating healthy communities.

Pena has more than a decade worth of experience designing and implementing sustainability programs, and specializes in ESG strategy development, non-financial reporting, supply chain sustainability, carbon offsets and renewable energy. With MONAT, his responsibilities will range from ingredient transparency to waste reduction initiatives as he implements a corporate sustainability strategy.
