Stemtech Corporation and Seacret Direct, LLC (VIÁGO), have agreed to merge their businesses. Stemtech CEO and Chairman Charles S. Arnold will continue as Chairman of the holding company, while VIÁGO CEO Izhak Ben Shabat will serve as CEO.
Effective immediately, Stemtech Corporation has officially changed its corporate name and ticker symbol. The company was previously known as Globe Net Wireless Corp. The new symbol, now STEK, was announced on FINRA’s Daily List of corporate actions.
