Herbalife Nutrition's Board of Directors will be rearranging and reassigning three of its leadership roles.

Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. has appointed Mark Schissel as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. Schissel will succeed David Pezzullo, who is retiring after working with the company for more than 17 years, and will assume this new title on August 2, 2021.
