Citizens Advice, a national association within the UK that supports customer security, ranked Utility Warehouse fourth in the nation for energy customer service. The rankings assessed 16 suppliers, placing UW higher than almost all of the country’s “big six” and giving UW a higher overall rating and improved scores for complaint handling and ease of contact.
Utility Warehouse (UW) now officially serves one million customers, a milestone that signals exponential growth for the multiservice supplier. More than 343,000 new customers have organically signed up since 2021 for UW’s many services, including energy, broadband, mobile and insurance.

Utility Warehouse was awarded five stars by Defaqto, a UK organization that uses expert analysis and market research to rate consumer goods and services, for its home insurance product. This is the eighth consecutive year that UW has received this honor.
Utility Warehouse (UW) earned the highest overall score for energy suppliers in the UK by Which?, a UK consumer protection organization. The Which? annual energy firm rankings awarded UW with a 75% overall score, the highest among 17 competitors, including major companies and small operators.

Telecom Plus, trading as Utility Warehouse, released its financial results for the first six months of 2023, reporting a 57% spike in revenue over the previous year’s period to $1.1 billion. Adjusted pre-tax profit was also up 36% to $54.7 million.
Utility Warehouse (UW) was honored at the Uswitch 2023 Energy Awards with the award for Best Value for Money supplier. UW was also a runner-up in the Best Overall Customer Satisfaction category.
Utility Warehouse announced its final results for the full year, ending March 31, 2023. Revenues during this time grew to $3.1 billion, up from $1.2 billion in 2022. Adjusted pre-tax profit was up by 55% and adjusted EPS increased by 57%.
Utility Warehouse, through its philanthropic arm the UW Foundation, donated £18,000 to four local charities: The Lavender Touch, Borders Carers Centre, Stable Life and Borders Children’s Charity.
