CBD company Zilis announced its acquisition of Zrii LLC, a nutrition, skincare and personal care products company. Zilis will now inherit Zrii’s presence throughout Latin America and will have a new headquarters in Bogota, Colombia.
CBD sales in Latin America are projected to see exponential growth in the coming years.

With this acquisition, Zilis now has operations in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama and Peru. This instant expansion is in addition to the company’s recent launch into the European market.
